Altered Matter has announced that Etherborn will release on Nintendo Switch next month.
In this surreal, gravity-shifting puzzle-platformer, you play as a voiceless body that has been born into a mysterious world where a bodiless voice calls to you.
You must explore this dreamlike world, working to help the blank soul reach the voice’s location. Your traversal is built around your sense of gravity, which will anchor you to any surface that you touch.
That results in an experience where moving through the world becomes the puzzle, with each level acting in a similar way to an environmental Rubik’s Cube – requiring that you explore, manipulate, and shift perspective to discover the path forward.
Etherborn will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on July 18th.
