It isn’t only the NES Edition Nintendo 3DS XL that Nintendo of America have announced this week, sharing that they will also be bringing a Super Smash Bros. Edition and Persona Q Edition to retail.
The Super Smash Bros. Edition Nintendo 3DS XL, as with Europe and Australia, will include a red system emblazoned with a Super Smash Bros. motif that presents many of the iconic characters that populate the game’s playable roster. It will be on sale from Friday 19th September priced at $199.99, and won’t include a copy of Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS.
Meanwhile the Persona Q Edition Nintendo 3DS XL will be exclusive to GameStop, and will launch on Tuesday 25th November. This blue system will be styled after Le Grimoire du Coeur in Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth, which is the tome used by those that visit the Velvet Room – its pages detailing the many Personas that can be called upon. It will be priced at $199.99, and Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth will be sold separately.
