The inclusion of Super Smash Bros. Melee at this year’s EVO Fighting Championships saw the tournament break their previous livestreaming records.
“For now, Smash Bros. Melee is the most watched fighting game in history, with 100k concurrent EVO 2013 viewers!” co-founder Tom Cannon shared whilst it took place over last weekend.
Mango saw victory within the final, battering Wobbles’ Ice Climbers with Star Fox’s very own Fox McCloud.
