The wait is almost over, with Super Mario Odyssey releasing exclusively for Nintendo Switch this week.
For those that would like to buy the game digitally, Nintendo has announced that it is now available to pre-order on the Nintendo eShop. This will pre-load the game’s data on your Nintendo Switch and then at midnight on Friday 27th October it will unlock so that you can start without any delay.
This will directly charge you the full price upon purchase, and, unsurprisingly, will require that you have an active internet connection to download the game – which will need at least 5.2GB of free space in your system memory or on a compatible microSD card.
Super Mario Odyssey will release exclusively for Nintendo Switch worldwide on October 27th.
