Super Mario Kart screeches to Wii U Virtual Console this month

Alongside announcing the Mario Kart 8 Limited Edition, Nintendo have confirmed that Super Mario Kart will be speeding toward the Wii U’s Virtual Console later this month.

The SNES classic will join the service on March 27th, with an added incentive being that those who purchase the title before June 30th will receive a £5.49 discount against Mario Kart 8, if they choose to buy the Wii U exclusive digitally through the Nintendo eShop.

Super Mario Kart races to Wii U’s Virtual Console on March 27th, whereas Mario Kart 8 will release across Europe and North America on May 30th.
