Super Mario 3D All-Stars is out now, and, with that, we’re here to help you collect every Power Star in Super Mario 64‘s Tall, Tall Mountain.

Tall, Tall Mountain Star 1: Scale the Mountain

Another Power Star where you’ll need to reach the summit of a mountain in order to grab it. The route upward is filled with obstacles including gaps that require long jumps, narrow ledges, a large rolling log and rolling balls that speed downhill at quite a ferocious speed.

Tall, Tall Mountain Star 2: Mystery of the Monkey Cage

Make your way to the very top of the mountain once again only this time instead of a Power Star you’ll now come across Ukkiki the monkey. Grab him, let him go and watch as he heads over to a floating cage (with a Power Star inside) next to the waterfall. He’ll jump on top and release the Power Star on the platform below.

Tall, Tall Mountain Star 3: Scary ‘Shrooms, Red Coins

The eight red coins are located in two different locations on the mountain. The first four can be found on top of the red and white mushrooms near the bottom and just after the two long jump gaps. The second set of four coins are found just ahead at the climbable section with Monty Moles. Once you’ve grabbed those four the Power Star will appear nearby.

Tall, Tall Mountain Star 4: Mysterious Mountainside

Make your way up the mountain until you reach Fwoosh (the floating cloud). Here you should see a trail of yellow coins. Jump into the wall here and just like the paintings in the castle, you should be able to jump in. You will now find yourself at the top of a slide (much like in Cool, Cool Mountain). Reach the bottom, jump down the hole and you’ll find the Power Star.

Tall, Tall Mountain Star 5: Breathtaking View from Bridge

Near the summit of the mountain you should see a Power Star hidden away in an alcove behind the waterfall (right next to the narrow ledge section). You have two choices here. Hit the purple switch a little way back to make a block appear in front of the Power Star (making it easier to jump over to it), simply risk it and jump over without hitting the switch.

Tall, Tall Mountain Star 6: Blast to the Lonely Mushroom

You’ll need the cannon for this one so first things first, you’ll want to talk to the pink Bob-omb. He’s tucked away just after the Chuckya and after running across the narrow platform with yellow coins on. You’ll find him below on a small platform. Once you’ve spoken to him, head over the cannon by stepping onto the smallest mushroom in the mushroom section. You’ll be teleported under the mountain where you’ll then need to cross some narrow ledges. Hop in the cannon and fire to the lone mushroom to grab the Power Star.

Tall, Tall Mountain Star 7: Collect 100 Coins

This is as simple as it sounds. You will need to collect 100 Coins in Tall, Tall Mountain, at which point the Power Star will appear wherever you secure the final Coin.

Super Mario 3D All-Stars is now available exclusively at retail and on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide.
