Snowman’s Land Star 1: Snowman’s Big Head
This Power Star can be found at the very top of the mountain. To get there you’ll first need to cross the freezing pond and jump over the moving slopes that come your way. Now make your way across the narrow wooden ledges gradually getting higher up the mountain as you go.
The trickiest part of the task is making your way across the icy ledge in front of the snowman’s head. You’ll need to walk alongside the penguin in order to stop Mario from being blown off the mountain. Once you’ve passed this a quick double jump onto the snowman’s head should reveal the Power Star.
Snowman’s Land Star 2: Chill with the Bully
Much like the Bully battles in Lethal Lava Land you’ll need to knock one more here into the icy pond. You’ll see him on a square icy platform near the start of the course.
Snowman’s Land Star 3: In the Deep Freeze
From the left of where you start the course, you should see a large ice structure with a Power Star inside. Work your way through the correct path inside the ice to reach the Power Star.
Snowman’s Land Star 4: Whirl from the Freezing Pond
Head over to the freezing pond just before the moving slopes and where the group of Spindrifts and hanging around. Jump on one of them to spring into the air and float over the freezing water and the wall ahead to find the Power Star.
Snowman’s Land Star 5: Shell Shreddin’ for Red Coins
All the red coins are located outside and the best way to grab them all is to first head over to the area where you grabbed the ‘Whirl from the Freezing Pond’ Power Star. Now instead of hitting the block containing the Power Star, hit the other one which will contain a green shell. Hop on and make your way over the snowy slope the right and you should see four red coins up ahead. Now jump off and you’ll see two more red coins under the Chill Bully platform. The last two you’ll find on the snow in the same area.
Snowman’s Land Star 6: Into the Igloo
First of all, you’ll need to get inside the igloo. To do that grab the green shell and jump back past the moving slopes to reach a very steep slope with yellow coins on. Make your way up here, jump over the fence and crawl inside the igloo. Once inside you’ll see the Power Star trapped inside a block of ice. To get this, you’ll need to work your way through the maze and grab the Vanish Cap. With this, you’ll now be able to pass through the ice and retrieve the Power Star.
Snowman’s Land Star 7: Collect 100 Coins
This is as simple as it sounds. You will need to collect 100 Coins in Snowman’s Land, at which point the Power Star will appear wherever you secure the final Coin.
Super Mario 3D All-Stars is now available exclusively at retail and on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide.
