Pineapple Works and Napas Torteeka have teamed up to release WHATEVER on Nintendo Switch.
Pitched as “a top-down isometric meme racing game inspired by true events,” the game will challenge you to drift a giant cargo ship through a tiny canal and deliver its precious cargo load before your company goes bankrupt.
Taking inspiration from last year’s trade route crisis when a giant container ship became wedged in Egypt’s Suez Canal, the more progress that you make the more challenging the experience will become – whether that be violent winds, captivating whirlpools, kaiju, UFOs and more.
The developer has outlined the game’s key features as below:

- 9 narrow canals with 3 boss encounters (Yes, this game has bosses)
WHATEVER will release digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in Q4 2022.
