Whilst there were no new game announcements at Grasshopper Manufacture’s Grassstream 2 Travis VS. Garcia charity event yesterday, Grashopper CEO Suda 51 has commented that he would like to make a third instalment within cult-hit series, No More Heroes.

When speaking of the possibility of a further No More Heroes sequel, as reported by Famitsu, Suda explained: “Although it won’t happen soon, I’d like to do it at some point.” Then, referring to his two colleagues by his side, character designer Yusuke Kozaki and mecha designer Shigeto Koyama, he added “Let’s make it together.”

Such comments were made during the first part of the event, which centred upon the No More Heroes series and featured a talk session with Suda, Kozaki and Koyama. During this, Kozaki revealed that he made many characters that were unused in the past games with which they could make at least another two more No More Heroes games. He also stated that he would like to direct a game where the game’s Shinobu character plays the central role.
