Capcom has announced the four playable characters that will be added to Street Fighter 6 through its Year 3 Character Pass downloadable content.
The characters were revealed in a laugh-inducing reveal trailer starring pro wrestler Kenny Omega, who dressed up as each new roster addition and attempted to perform their iconic moves.
To join the roster over the coming year, those characters include Muay Thai emperor Sagat (Summer 2025), undercover agent C. Viper (Autumn 2025), pro wrestler Alex (Winter 2025), and the energetic Ingrid (Spring 2026).
The publisher has shared more about each character, as below:
- Sagat, a longtime fixture of the franchise who first appeared as the final boss in the original Street Fighter, brings his massive frame and world-class Muay Thai skills to Street Fighter 6! Stretch your legs and prepare to test your mettle as Sagat releases this summer.
- C. Viper is ready to complete her mission this autumn and won’t let any fighters stop her. Last seen in Street Fighter IV donning her state-of-the-art Battle Suit, prepare to use all the tools and gadgets in C. Viper’s arsenal to take down opponents.
- Alex will perform his high-flying grappling takedowns under the bright lights later this year in Street Fighter 6! Returning from Street Fighter V, this fan-favourite character climbs through the ropes in winter 2025.
- Don’t be fooled by the look of Ingrid! An extremely powerful and mysterious being, Ingrid can match up to any opponent and will shine her sunlight upon the remaining Street Fighter 6 characters next spring!
Street Fighter 6 Years 1-2 Fighters Edition is now available at retail and digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch 2 worldwide.
