Star Wars Pinball finally flips to Wii U

If you’ve spent weeks dreaming of flipping pinballs at Emperor Palpatine’s wrinkled face, then Zen Studios will soon have you covered.

Star Wars Pinball will soon make an anticipated arrival on the Nintendo eShop across Europe and North America on July 11th, priced at £8.99 ($9.99 / €9.99).

Granting access to three themed tables based upon Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, Boba Fett and Star Wars: The Clone Wars, players will choose whether to support the Galactic Empire or the Rebel Alliance with their high scores.

A clutter of extras are also included, such as in-game challenges, score notifications, and an XP progression system that tracks their rank in relation to either Galactic Empire or Rebel Alliance support.

Wii U GamePad integration sees players able to use Off-TV Play, r simply use the screen to monitor additional controls and game information.

Star Wars Pinball released on Wii U across Europe and North America on July 11th.
