NACON and Neopica have revealed that Hunting Simulator 2 will release on Nintendo Switch.

With the chance to explore larger and more varied natural environments from Europe and the United States, the publisher promises to deliver a game that “leaves nothing out in providing a full and enthralling hunting experience.”

You can expect “many hours of challenges and immersion,” as you rely on your hunting dog in tracking, approach and hide phases as you hunt down more than 33 animal species. The artificial intelligence for each species has received “significant work” to recreate their unique and realistic behaviours.

You will also be able to select every piece of your gear to make sure that they are the most suitable equipment for the prey you are hunting. These range from side-by-side or over/under shotguns, bolt-action or lever-action rifles with trigger guard, elastic ranged weapons and more.

The game will have more than 75 official weapons and accessories, and 90 “immaculately recreated” clothing items from the sport’s specialist brands such as Browning, Winchester, Verney Carron, Bushnell, and Kryptek.

Hunting Simulator 2 will release for Nintendo Switch worldwide in 2020.
