THQ Nordic, Nickelodeon, and Purple Lamp Studios have released a new trailer for SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated on Nintendo Switch, showcasing the boss fights that you will have to contend with.
The beloved Heavy Iron Studios-developed 3D platformer released for GameCube, PlayStation 2 and Xbox back in 2003 and has now been faithfully remade, seeing SpongeBob, Patrick, and Sandy set out to thwart Plankton’s evil plan to rule Bikini Bottom.
It will have a new horde mode for up to two players – whether played locally or online – and restored content that was cut from the original game such as the Robo Squidward boss fight.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated will release for Nintendo Switch worldwide in 23rd June 2020.
