MaxKriegerVG has announced that CROSSNIQ+ will release on Nintendo Switch, a speed-focused, arcade-style puzzle game.
The Kickstarter-backed project has visuals that take inspiration from the clean, futuristic “y2k design” of the late ’90s, and challenges you to re-arrange a grid of tiles to form crosses – whether that be rows and column of the same color.
Tiles can be moved up, down, left, or right, and if they are shuffled off the edge of the grid they will wrap back to the other side.
There are four modes to play, in Endless Mode, Time Attack Mode, Versus Mode, and Chillout Mode, the last option removing the score, timer, and any chance of reaching a game over.
CROSSNIQ+ will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in Q3 2019.
