A sequel to 2010 release Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing has been confirmed, Kotaku reports.
Toys associated with the franchise were on display in a booth at the Toy Fair in New York at the weekend, where an attendant confirmed that SEGA were currently developing a sequel set to release later this year.
New characters and vehicles are set to be revealed, and previous rumours pointed towards a Wii U and Nintendo 3DS release.
