Despite being perhaps the worst games to star the blue blur, SEGA have shared that Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric and Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal have collectively sold 620,000 copies worldwide.

The news came as the company distributed their latest financial results for the past fiscal year, where their main success saw Alien: Isolation sell 2.11 million copies in Europe and North America, having been available across PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC.

For the year ahead SEGA are looking to release 34 new titles worldwide, specifying that 14 will see release in Japan whereas 20 will be launched in the west. With these, SEGA is hoping to sell 7.14 million copies by the close of the fiscal year.
