Those that pre-order either Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric or Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal at either GameStop in the US or EB Games Canada will receive a bonus for their efforts.
Alongside claiming your copy of the Wii U or Nintendo 3DS title, you will also receive an exclusive TOMY Sonic figure complete with the ominously sounding The Ancients’ Crystal. The articulated toy range forms part of SEGA’s transmedia plans for Sonic Boom, which will encompass a CGI TV series, the games themselves and supporting merchandise.
Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal will release for 3DS across North America on November 11th, with Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric arriving a week later on November 18th. No releases dates have yet been shared for Europe, Japan or Australia.
