Actoon Studio has announced that its point-and-click adventure Like No Other will release on Nintendo Switch later this month.
This “light, family-friendly quest” stars Dan, a bumbling first-time adventure who has decided to risk everything in an effort to solve a legend about the Spirits’ Book.
Exploring the abandoned town of Red Pines, the legend tells that a talented artist once replicated the Spirits’ Book and that the recreation was so accurate that museum staff had mistakenly left the original behind. Dan hopes to discover whether the legend is true, and recover the tome if it is.
The developer has outlined the game’s key features as below:
- 23 unique rooms to explore.
- Easy-to-learn controls and accessible gameplay.
- Lower skills required.
- No death / violence.
- No hyper-realism / last-gen graphics.
- No procedural worlds.
Like No Other will release digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 25th August 2022.
