Having emerged earlier today through Japanese magazine Ciao, we now have the localised names for Peroriimu and Furefuran.
Slurpuff, the evolution of Pokémon X exclusive Swirlix, is described as having “an unbelievable sense of smell – a hundred million times more sensitive than that of humans.” It’s a Fairy-type Meringue Pokémon which “can distinguish the faintest of odors,” although there’s some fairly whiffy smells out there…
Meanwhile Pokémon X exclusive Spritzee will evolve into Aromatisse, a Fairy-type Fragrance Pokémon that “can give off a variety of different smells, from a pleasant fragrance to an odor so repugnant to its opponent that it can turn a battle in its favor.”
Seems like these two arrivals were perfect for each other!
Pokémon X & Y will launch worldwide for Nintendo 3DS on October 12th.
