Wired Productions and Haemimont Games have announced when Victor Vran: Overkill Edition will release on Nintendo Switch.

The isometric action RPG will let players forge their own personal version of Victor, choosing between powerful weapons, game-changing outfits, and spell-like demon powers.

You will then take on waves of demons and monstrous bosses either alone, with another ally in two-player local multiplayer or online as a team of four players.

In this Overkill Edition, the game will come with the Motörhead: Through the Ages and Fractured Worlds downloadable content that adds a raised level cap, new worlds, weapon classes, outfits, bosses and crafting recipes.

“Victor Vran: Overkill Edition is the first game of its kind to arrive on the Nintendo Switch,” explains Wired Productions managing director, Leo Zullo. “A masterpiece both technically and in its gameplay, Haemimont Games’ classic action-RPG will be a must have addition for Switch owners around the world.”

Haemimont Games CEO Gabriel Dobrev adds: “Victor Vran has taken us on an incredible journey. From working with Lemmy and Motörhead to seeing so many players love the game as we have has been a real privilege – we’re excited for Victor’s appearance on the Switch platform.”

Victor Vran: Overkill Edition will release at retail and on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on August 28th, priced at £34.99 (€39.99 / $39.99).
