They may be hilariously pranking children with a demo kiosk in North America, but Activision have now celebrated Skylanders Trap Team launching across Europe this week by taking to the sky.

Freefalling from 12,500 feet above earth and travelling at speeds of 122 miles per hour, a team of ‘SkyTrappers’ became the first people on the planet to trap a virtual villain while performing such a crazy stunt.

Bad guys were also trapped around the world: in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris; in a capsule on the London Eye; up the Kampenwand mountain in Germany; below the Hollywood sign in Los Angeles; and overlooking the Sydney Opera House.

Skylanders Trap Team is now available for Wii U, Wii and Nintendo 3DS in Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand.
