The world was mesmerised by The Slowpoke Song’s relaxed Reggae beat, and now The Pokémon Company International has shared an English version.
The lyrics open with the lethargic Pokémon’s love of sleeping, before moving on to its big mouth and never-ending hunger. It also touches on how the dopey Pokémon’s tail can grow back if it ever loses it, and how it unsuccessfully uses its tail to try to fish.
