It isn’t only an exclusive Nintendo 3DS Home Menu theme that Yacht Club Games are treating those across Europe, Australia and New Zealand to, having today announced plans to offer a cross-platform discount through the Nintendo eShop.
In thanking prospective players “for enduring the long wait,” there will be a 33 percent discount available to those that buy both the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS versions through a linked Nintendo Network ID.
This will last throughout the remainder of the year, although a release date is yet to be announced for Shovel Knight’s arrival.

Hi, I am in the Netherlands and the game appears as available soon in my 3DS shop. Is there any estimate on when it will be available for my country? I am very excited to play this game and have indeed been waiting long to play.

Hi Joost! Yacht Club Games haven’t announced a release date yet unfortunately, but they previously said that it would release in November – shouldn’t be much longer!
Oh I just read the article wrong.. The release was on the fourth in my head so I assumed the article was about that. Just looking forward to the game!
