Yacht Club Games director Sean Velasco made a welcome appearance in today’s Nintendo Direct, sharing news about the gloriously retro-flavoured Shovel Knight.
After thanking players across Europe for their patience, Valesco firstly detailed the cross-platform discount available to those looking to buy both the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS versions – rewarding you by slicing the price by 33 percent for whichever you purchase second.
Next, those that buy Shovel Knight’s handheld version by 13th November 2014 will also receive a free, exclusive Home Menu theme to stylise their Nintendo 3DS with.
Lastly, and most importantly, Shovel Knight is now available to buy for Wii U and Nintendo 3DS through the Nintendo eShop. Go get it!
