Shiny Xerneas Event Is At GameStop In Sweden, Norway And Finland

The Pokémon Company International has teamed up with GameStop in Europe to run the Shiny Xerneas event, matching that which was distributed over the last week in North America.

This has so far been confirmed for stores in Sweden, Norway and Finland, and, while an end date hasn’t been set, will require that the special code be redeemed by 31st December 2016.

The Shiny Xerneas is Level 100, has its signature Fairy Aura ability – which increases damage dealt by Fairy-type attacks by a third for all Pokémon in battle – and the moves Geomancy, Moonblast, Aromatherapy and Focus Blast.

It will be available to players with either Pokémon X, Pokémon Y, Pokémon Omega Ruby or Pokémon Alpa Sapphire.

To get a Pokémon via Special Code

1. Select Mystery Gift on the main menu
2. Select Receive Gift, then Yes
3. Select Get With Code, then Yes to connect to the Internet, then enter the special code
4. Watch as you receive the Pokémon
5. Speak to the delivery girl in any Pokémon Center to receive the Pokémon
6. Be sure to save your game!
