While it shared more significant news in revealing Legendary Pokémon Hoopa, Japan’s CoroCoro Comic also detailed a Shiny Rayquaza that will be distributed at the World Hobby Fair.
Serebii reports that this will be Level 70, and equipped with the moves Dragon Pulse, Thunder, Twister and Extreme Speed.
It will be available to Pokémon X, Pokémon Y, Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire players who attend the event in Japan, being held between 18th January – 8th February 2015 in Nagoya, Tokyo, Fukuoka and Osaka.
