The Pokémon Company has announced a special Shiny Magikarp distribution event for Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon, which will be available in Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia.
Serebii reports that this event will run between Saturday 28th – Friday 3rd February 2017 at participating retailers, with the serial code that you receive required to be used by Monday 6th February 2017.
Once redeemed, you will receive a Level 19 Shiny Magikarp with the moves Splash and Bounce, the Ability Swift Swim, and with a Rare Candy as a Hold Item.
There is no word as to whether this distribution event will run in other regions, but we’ll keep you posted if that happens!
Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon are now available exclusively on Nintendo 3DS worldwide.
