Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem still “right on schedule”

As far as my memory serves, we haven’t heard anything about Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem since it was first announced in January 2013.

Fear not as Nintendo Software Group No. 1 manager Hitoshi Yamagami shared that the game remains “right on schedule,” when asked as to how it is progressing at the company’s developer roundtable where they revealed Code Name: S.T.E.A.M.

With Intelligent Systems working across both games, in response to whether development had slowed on the crossover title Yamagami exclaimed: “No, no, no, no no. We’re right on schedule, but if I answer in any more detail I will lose my job, so please have mercy on me.”

Code Name: S.T.E.A.M. will release exclusively on 3DS in 2015, with Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem presumably releasing in the same year exclusively for Wii U.
