ATLUS has announced plans to launch Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse in North America, which saw release as Shin Megami Tensei IV: Final in Japan.
Promising a 60-plus hour RPG experience that will see you battle for the remnants of the human race, players will call on demons, gods, magic and guns as their tools of destruction in servitude of the god Dagda.
You play as a Hunter cadet who meets an early demise at the start of the game, but, thanks to Dagda, you return to life as his pawn in a far-reaching plot that treads a line between peace and anarchy.
Allying with other Hunters, you can take one such partner into battle who each have their own unique skills and AI – filling their accompanying metre letting them interrupt enemies, deal damage or grant the chance for an extra turn.
Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse will release exclusively for Nintendo 3DS in North America this summer, priced at $49.99.
