Shin Megami Tensei IV releasing across Europe this September

ATLUS have announced that they will at long last release Shin Megami Tensei IV across Europe, arriving more than a year after it graced North America.

Set for a digital-only release, priced at £17.99 (€19.99), the publisher have confirmed that all downloadable content will also be available with the exception of the North American retailer exclusive pre-order bonus armour.

Shin Megami Tensei IV’s tale revolves around the Samurai, the sacred protectors of the Eastern Kingdom of Mikado. Players will assume the role of a newly appointed Samurai, learning of the struggle between factions that have their own designs on the world as you defend your home kingdom from a growing army of demons. The fate of the world hangs in the balance, and decisions that you make throughout your journey will have lasting repercussions.

It’s North American debut was met fairly strongly by critics, currently sat with a Metacritic score of 83.
