Summer will at last see Shin Megami Tensei IV launch across North America, although a European release remains unknown.
Developed by the award-winning ATLUS team, this latest entry features everything that fans have come to expect from the series: powerful new demons, expansive dungeons, epic story arcs with branching plot lines, and game-altering decision making.
Its narrative revolves around the Samurai, the sacred protectors of the Eastern Kingdom of Mikado. You’ll assume the role of a newly appointed Samurai, players struggling against factions that have their own worldly ambitions as a growing army of demons ravages the lands and threatens the global populace.
“The return of the legendary Shin Megami Tensei series is one of the biggest milestones yet for ATLUS and the 3DS,” commented Naoto Hiraoka, president and chief executive officer at Index Digital Media.

Shin Megami Tensei IV will release exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS across North America during summer.
