SEGA Genesis Mini Out Worldwide On September 19th

SEGA has announced that the SEGA Genesis Mini – or SEGA Mega Drive Mini – will release worldwide on Thursday 19th September, news that was shared at SEGA FES 2019.

The plug-and-play device will be priced at £69.99 (€79.99) and comes with two classic wired three-button control pads, a USB power adapter, power cable, and HDMI cable.

Developer M2 has been responsible for porting the 40 pre-loaded games that the console will have, which, revealed so far, will include Altered Beast, Castlevania: Bloodlines, Comix Zone, Dr. Robotnik’s Mean Bean Machine, Ecco the Dolphin, Gunstar Heroes, Shining Force, Sonic The Hedgehog, Space Harrier II, ToeJam & Earl.

The SEGA Genesis Mini (or SEGA Mega Drive Mini) will release worldwide on Thursday 19th September priced at £69.99 (€79.99).
