It has been announced that SEGA and Index have signed a partnership that will encompass distribution of games released under their Atlus brand.

Atlus, most well-known for their Persona and Catherine brands, is parent company Index’s consumer games brand, and , starting in April, SEGA will distribute their packaged games.

Within a statement, the two companies stated their hope to expand sales of Atlus’ games by utilising SEGA’s domestic distribution network.

SEGA themselves are already responsible for distributing games for fifty companies both in and outside of Japan, and this fiscal year will see them release around 150 titles.
