SEGA and M2 have revealed that SEGA AGES Columns II: A Voyage Through Time will release on Nintendo Switch this week.

The classic puzzle game challenges you to match jewels, fossils, and disks, controlling falling pieces in an effort to line-up three-in-a-row in any direction to clear the screen before they stack to the top.

Previously only released in Japan, there are multiple modes to play such as Flash Columns, in which you target flashing jewels and can unlock secret Jewel Case characters, or competing against friends in Versus Columns.

There’s also a Stage Select feature, a tabletop mode that rotates Player 2’s screen 180 degrees for local multiplayer matches, an Infinite Jewels mode, and the original Columns is bundled in.

SEGA AGES Columns II: A Voyage Through Time will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on October 17th priced at £5.99 ($7.99).
