Scram Kitty and his Buddy on Rails rolling to Wii U on May 15th

Wii U exclusive Scram Kitty and his Buddy on Rails will release through the Nintendo eShop on both sides of the pond next week, indie developer Dakko Dakko have today gleefully confirmed.

The game places players behind the wheel of a laser-wielding hero as he journeys to rescue his pet cat, Scram Kitty, who has inadvertently found itself kidnapped and imprisoned in a space laboratory orbiting Earth along with the planet’s other felines.

You’ll hop into a Spinboard as you ride energy rails deeper into the facility, taking out mechanised mice and other twisted mouse creations that are the product of bizarre experiments gone terribly wrong.

Scram Kitty and his Buddy on Rails will release for Wii U through the Nintendo eShop across Europe and North America on May 15th.
