LAN-Games Eood has announced that Happy Words will release on Nintendo Switch this week, a word-based multiplayer game.

Whether played solo against the computer, in local multiplayer with friends and family, or competing with online opponents, your objective is to score more points than your competition.

As with Scrabble, players collect points by placing words on the game board. Letters have different point values, encouraging players to look for high scoring letter combinations – boosted with multipliers on the board.

There are different options such as using one or two bags of letters, or whether to use the helping dictionary. While the board and tile colors can also be customized.

Happy Words will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on May 29th, priced at £8.99 ($9.99).
