Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has released a new gameplay video that shows Scooby-Doo, Shaggy and the rest of the Mystery Inc. crew in action in LEGO Dimensions.
Combining LEGO’s blocky art style with the cel-shaded look of the animated cartoons, it makes for a unique adventure in Batman, Wyldstyle and Gandalf’s quest to stop Lord Vortech and save the LEGO Multiverse.
Fans will be able to buy a Scooby-Doo Team Pack at launch, which includes LEGO Scooby-Doo and LEGO Shaggy minifigures as well as a LEGO Mystery Machine and LEGO Scooby Snack.
Scooby and Shaggy each have their own abilities, whereas the Mystery machine and Scooby Snack can be built and rebuilt to do different things in the game. Meanwhile, either character unlocks the Scooby-Doo Adventure World with additional side content that will let players explore iconic Scooby-Doo locations, race and solve puzzles.
LEGO Dimensions will release for Wii U in North America on September 27th, and in Europe on September 29th.
