It would appear that Ubisoft will soon release Assassin’s Creed III Liberation Collection on Nintendo Switch, a compilation that will contain both Assassin’s Creed III and its accompanying spin-off, Assassin’s Creed III Liberation.
The ports have surfaced on online retailers in the Czech Republic such as Herní-svět, which were soon spotted by Reddit users.
The news certainly makes sense, as Ubisoft is already hard at work on Assassin’s Creed III Remastered for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, which will be made available in March as part of the Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Season Pass. That will reward Season Pass owners with Assassin’s Creed III Remastered (with all downloadable content), as well as Assassin’s Creed III Liberation Remastered.
However, according to the retailer listings that have emerged, Assassin’s Creed III Liberation Collection will release slightly earlier than that on 15th February 2019. As for whether that’s true, as well as if the ports exist, we’ll have to wait and see whenever Ubisoft makes an official announcement.
