Spike Chunsoft has announced that Robotics;Notes Elite will release on Nintendo Switch, the 5pb.-developed visual novel undergoing localization for Europe and North America.
The age of advanced technology has finally reached Tanegashima, thanks to the rising popularity of the PhoneDroid – a device that uses augmented reality (A.R.).
However, on that island, Central Tanegashima High’s Robot Research Club is about to have their club disbanded.
While Kaito Yashio couldn’t care less and would rather play a robot fighting game all day, reckless club leader Akiho Senomiya ignores her friend’s apathy – striving to keep the club from closure by completing their giant robot.
And then one day, Kaito discovers a mysterious A.R. annotation called “Kimijima Report.” It provides instructions relating to locations across the island, and warns of a conspiracy that involves the entire world.
You must travel around Tanegashima, using the PhoneDroid to unlock the secrets that were once sealed away by Ko Kimijima – with branching storylines leading you to a different ending.
