Orange Pixel has confirmed that Stardash will release on Nintendo Switch next week.

With the promise to “throw you back to the good old retro console days,” the developer states that this classic platformer “is not easy.”

You have an endless amount of lives, meaning that you are free to quickly restart a level whenever you are caught out by an enemy, get bitten by a plant, crushed by a big statue or run onto spikes that end your run.

There are also hidden keys to recover that will unlock special temple levels, while collecting all the coins in a level as well as completing it within a set time limit will reward your efforts with “a flip-mode.”

Stardash will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 7th January 2021.
