Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D rated and dated by BBFC

The British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) have today released their listing for Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D, awarding the title a 15+ certificate for its “strong bloody violence.”

It passed with no cuts necessary to be made, and makes a mention of the “Resident Evil: Revelations – Pilot Version” demo, announced earlier today, that is due to be incorporated within the game.

Alongside its listing, the BBFC have also slapped a release date for the game on Friday 17th June across Europe – something that remains unconfirmed by Capcom at this time.
