As part of Nintendo’s coverage on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime sat down to answer questions sent to the show through social media site Twitter.
One such fan query asked “If you could be any Nintendo character and live their lives in their world, who would it be any why?” The response to which proved a surprise seeing as I always saw Reggie as a Donkey Kong kinda guy.
“If I could live in any Nintendo world, and be a Nintendo character, the one I want to be is Link,” Fils-Aime explains.
“I want to save Princess Zelda, I want to live in all those magical environments, and The Legend of Zelda series is my favourite series, so that’s were I would want to be.”
This year, Nintendo will release The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD on Wii U, and The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds on Nintendo 3DS.
