Ubisoft have confirmed that Rayman Legends will no longer be available as a Wii U launch day title, now set to release during “the first quarter of 2013.”
Early adopters will instead have to turn to Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two and New Super Mario Bros. U for their platforming fix.
“Rayman Legends will launch worldwide in the first quarter of 2013,” an Ubisoft spokesperson clarified to MCV.
“We’re happy that fans are excited about the game, and we are taking the time to make sure we deliver a game that lives up to and hopefully exceeds their expectations. We’ll have more details to share soon.”
