Professor Layton and the Last Specter dated for Europe, new trailer

Nintendo of Europe have today announced the release date for the next instalment within the plauded mystery-puzzle franchise, Professor Layton.

The fourth title in the series, Professor Layton and the Spectre’s Call, is due to hit Europe on November 25th, and acts as a prequel to the original game, Professor Layton and the Curious Village.

Taking place three years before Curious Village, Spectre’s Call will explore how Professor Layton first met his soon-to-be trusty assistant Luke, whilst also being introduced to Layton’s female assistant Emmy. The trio will seek to solve the mystery behind the Misthallery spectre, which seems set to be the Professor’s most exciting adventure yet.
