Nintendo has revealed Princess Peach: Showtime! for Nintendo Switch, news that was shared in today’s Nintendo Direct presentation.
The upcoming game was first teased in June’s Nintendo Direct, and sees Princess Peach take the spotlight.
After her trip to the Sparkle Theater goes off script when the wicked Grape and the Sour Bunch steal the show, Princess Peach must team up with its guardian, Stella, and use a powerful ribbon to take on several starring roles.
These each have their own look and abilities, from fending off the Sour Bunch with sensational swordplay as a swordfighter to putting on your detective hat to work out whodunnit in a museum mystery. Other transformations that have been shown include a kung fu master and a pastry chef.
Princess Peach: Showtime! will be released at retail and digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 22 March 2024.
