Precursor Games welcome Eternal Darkness re-release

Having last week announced a crowdfunding campaign to develop a spiritual successor to the game, Precursor Games have expressed that they would love to see a digital re-release of Eternal Darkness: Sanity’s Requiem.

In response to a community question through their Facebook page, a fan had suggested that the independent developer speak to Nintendo about introducing GameCube titles to the Wii U’s Virtual Console, therefore granting those that haven’t played the original the opportunity to do so.

In a short response, they wrote “We will definitely discuss that. Thanks for the suggestion!”
