Krafted Games has announced that POLYGOD will release on Nintendo Switch next month, letting you choose to play the minimalist and rogue-like first-person shooter with gyroscopic input.

In POLYGOD, players are challenged to enter the wickedly difficult Trial of the Gods. To survive, they can combine and stack unique blessings to create unique weapons in both online co-op and versus multiplayer, in the hope that they will ascend to Godhood.

“It’s been a long road to release and we’re super excited to finally get the game into the hands of our community,” enthuses Krafted Games co-founder, lead designer and programmer, Dominic Obojkovits.

“We firmly believe PolyGod offers a unique take on the FPS genre and are confident that our ideas and game direction will strike a chord with the hardcore fans of the genre worldwide.”

POLYGOD will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on August 17th, priced at £16.19 (€16.59 / $14.99).
