Ripstone Games has confirmed a release date for Poker Club on Nintendo Switch, which will hit the portable home console’s Nintendo eShop this week.

“We’ve been dedicated to making Poker Club the definitive online poker experience for PC and consoles,” explains Ripstone Games’ Phil Gaskell. “Coupled with the Switch’s handheld functionality and cross-platform play with PC and Xbox, there’s never been a more convenient way to set up a remote game night with your friends! And with a steady stream of incoming content and updates, we aim to keep Poker Club feeling as fresh, exciting and personable as the real thing.”

The Unreal Engine 4-developed game has looked to deliver “the most immersive and social poker simulation ever,” with the chance to create or join a club, compete on leaderboards and participate in tournaments for more than 200 players.

With cross-platform and cross-generation play, you can work towards shared goals to unlock in-game rewards.

You can jump into the PCC Poker Tour, an immersive online career mode, while other online multiplayer modes range from Single-Table and Multi-Table tournaments to Freezeouts, Shootouts, Turbos, Super Turbos, Bounties and more.

Poker Club offers a variety of online multiplayer modes featuring customisable private games, open tables and full-scale tournaments. With an advanced Poker 101 tutorial system featuring advice for beginners and advanced players alike, Poker Club offers a jackpot of poker fun for all.

There are seven “meticulously detailed arenas” to play in such as the grungy basement of Ralph’s Pizzeria to the glitz of Casino d’Oro, with player customisation options seeing you unlock apparel and exclusive table items.

Poker Club will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 25th November 2021 priced at £19.99 ($21.99) with a 10 percent pre-order discount.
