The Pokémon Company International have confirmed that they will be distributing O-Powers for Pokémon X & Y at the World Hobby Fair 2014 Winter, which will be held across Japan on January 19th in Nagoya, Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka.
As these are O-Power MAX, once activated their effect will be available for an hour as opposed to the normal three minute period. Those that are available at the event include Bargain Power MAX, Capture Power MAX, EXP Point Power MAX, and Prize Money Power MAX.
There’s no word as to any plans to make these available to western audiences at any similar event.
