The Pokémon Company International has revealed that the Pokémon TCG Sun And Moon – Celestial Storm expansion will release in August.
The season of emerald storms is nearly upon us and with it a tumultuous battle between Pokémon and creatures from Ultra Space.
That will welcome several new Pokémon-GX cards, like Articuno-GX, Blaziken-GX, Scizor-GX, Stakataka-GX and Rayquaza-GX, as well as new Prism Star cards featuring Latios, Latias and Jirachi.
The expansion will introduce more than 160 cards that will include three new Prism Star cards, 11 Pokémon-GX cards and 27 Trainer cards. Booster packs, as normal, will contain 10 cards from the expansion with at least one rare card and one basic Energy card.
Pokémon TCG Sun And Moon – Celestial Storm will release worldwide on August 3rd. For your chance to try the expansion early, prerelease tournaments will take place in the United Kingdom between Saturday 21st – Sunday 29th July.
